 An independent cinema is where one that is made outside of the conventional Hollywood film studio system. Independent films are different to Hollywood blockbusters because they have WAY higher costs (350billion), they have more famous actor's and they have larger audiences.

I, Daniel Blake is a scathing indictment of the British benefits system. The main message is that 59 year old widower Daniel Blake who suffers a heart attack and becomes unable to work. Despite medical evidence and GP support, Blake is told he is not eligible to receive state benefits.

I, Daniel Blake was directed by Ken Loach. This is important because it is about a middle aged man who is denied Employment and Support Allowance despite being declared unfit to work by his doctor. This film will be important because some people may be affected by this maybe because they might have experienced this or one of their family member has.

I, Daniel Blake got promoted to an audience because they included disruptive marketing, street displays and newspaper inclusions.

Minority Report Clip: Camera movement H/W task

 Task 1: 1)   In the Minority Report Clip, we see at approximately 1:00 into the scene, a track/dolly  camera type. This camera types means to 'swoop' or turn ever so smoothly. This scene is when he is running at very fast paced and trying to get away from the people in the flying costumes. I think they used this track/dolly  movement because everything was fast paced. This show's the audience that everything is moving fast and he is running away from the cops. The second camera movement on the Minority Clip is a called a  tilt . This means if it tilts up or down, it is mostly used for people to look like hero or villainous. At 1:13 of the video, it shows the cops flying down towards Tom Cruise (bad guy). This tells us and the audience that the cops are powerful and will most likely stop Tom. But not really, as they got bruised up at the end. The last camera type I caught was the zoom .
